Team PM wishes everyone a Happy Valentines Day!
Here are a few manageable ways that you can show some love to your community and those around you this week:
Listen – Sometimes the best way to display love and kindness to a friend or family member is to hear what they have to say intently. “If you make listening and observation your occupation, you will gain much more than you can by talk.” – Robert Baden-Powell
Share a word of encouragement – Everyone can decide whether to say something critical or to speak life to our audiences, clients, friends, family, and others in our circles. Our hope as a community is to make a conscious effort to share words that are uplifting rather than add to the negative chatter that can be so pervasive in our current culture. “I’m so proud of you. I just wanted to tell you in case no one has.” – Jared's Mom
An Act of Kindness – Who are one or two (possibly more) of your listeners who you could do something easy for, that would make their day? It doesn't have to be expensive or over the top, but a simple act of acknowledgment and appreciation will likely make them feel important. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” – Aesop
We hope that your love for podcasting and your audience will continue to keep you hitting the record and publish buttons. Gardens take time to grow, but they do grow when tended to! We want to see your podcasting efforts flourish.
All our lovin',
