Shima Oliaee, the creator of the award-winning Dolly Parton's America, as well as The Ambie's Podcast of the Year nominee Pink Card, is taking the main stage at Evolutions in just two weeks.
March 8 is International Women's Day, and on that day we're excited to feature a producer who has used her podcasts to shine a light on brave, strong women from across the globe. Learn more about Shima, catch her at The Ambies on March 7, and then on the main stage at Evolutions on March 8!
The main stage on March 8 is not finished yet, as we're thrilled to host a panel of media creators that features moderator Sarah Burke (EIC of Conde Nast's THEM) and panelists Lance Bass, Bridget Todd, Carmen Laurent, and Dr. Jonathan Higgins, to discuss their approaches to creating podcasts for a new generation of LGBTQ+ audiences, and to announce an all-new project that they're all a part of.
For the first time ever, Evolutions attendees are invited to join in the fun of the premier awards celebrating excellence in audio: The Ambies. Attendees will be required to RSVP in advance, as space will be limited.
The Ambies will take place on Evolutions' kickoff evening, on March 7, 2023 at 6pm. So after you grab your badge but before you hit the town, join us at the world-famous International Theater inside the Westgate Hotel for the awards ceremony.
Hosted by Emmy Award-winning producer, writer, comedian, actor and podcast host Larry Wilmore, The Ambies enter their third year of celebrating excellence in podcasting.
The Parties will be On-Point in Las Vegas!

This is a 21+ event, and all entrants must present a valid state ID or Passport, as well as their event badge. No entry for non-conference attendees.
Simplecast Creator Connect Party
March 9, 8pm-11pm
Peyote Las Vegas
On the last night of the conference, before everyone hits the streets of Vegas, Simplecast will host its signature Creator Connect party with a live DJ, open bar, passed apps, a photo booth, and more! Take a load off and enjoy the good vibes with fellow creators!
All attendees must wear their event badge. No entry for non-conference attendees..

We normally don't do live podcasts at Podcast Movement events, but when we do, it's for industry-focused podcasts that bring together voices and leaders from across the podcasting world.
Join us on March 9 at 12pm for a live Podnews Weekly Review recording, and March 10 at 11am for al ive New Media Show recording. These recordings are open to all attendees, regardless of badge type!
We are now accepting applications to speak at this year’s Podcast Movement on August 21-24 in Denver, Colorado!
You will be asked to submit a working title and description of your proposed session or panel, as well as information about yourself and your podcasting experience.
Keep in mind that last year we had over 700 submissions, and expect more this year. Applications close on March 17, so get to brainstorming and apply now!
We hope you went “all in” on Evolutions because this is going to be a great one! If you didn't there's still time, but don't delay because we're predicting a “full house!”
