🥇 Evolutions goes upfront, plus new keynote speaker!

This is a weekly newsletter for Podcast Movement event and community updates.

Happy Thursday, PM Family,

This week we’re excited to share the debut of an all-new pre-con event at Evolutions called the PodMov Podfront.

PLUS we have another keynote speaker announcement, more speaker reveals, and other fun things coming.

Let’s get into it!

EVENT NEWS

We’re bringing ad buyers together with publishers this March!

What happens when you bring together podcasting’s top publishers with the biggest brands, advertisers, and agencies in media? The first-ever Podfronts at Podcast Movement.

Podcast Movement is excited to host our inaugural podcast upfront-style event this March 26 at Evolutions, live from Los Angeles, CA.

Different from standard upfronts, PodMov mashes together upfront style presentations, education from Sounds Profitable (see below), interactive publisher activations, and the best elements of your favorite networking events, to create a can’t-miss audio advertiser event.

This event takes place before the start of Evolutions. To participate,

Publishers must sign up in advance to be featured or to attend the event as a presenting or supporting publisher. Email us to learn more here.

Brands, ad buyers, and agency attendance is invite-only. If you’d like to apply for an invite as a qualified buyer, click here.

We hope this first edition is a great success and will lead to more Podfronts in the future, which will expand to even more participants.

Tom Webster & Sounds Profitable take the Evo & PodMov stage!

One of the most exciting components of the Podfront mentioned above is the education that we’ve got lined up for the brands and buyers in attendance, and we could not think of a better education partner than Sounds Profitable. Year-round, Sounds Profitable focuses on the business of podcasting from all angles, and will be leading several informative sessions at the event.

We’re also excited to have Tom Webster of Sounds Profitable taking the keynote stage later that week at Evolutions. Tom will be presenting highlights from a new, cross-media study called The Ad Bargain – a comparative study of how much consumers value their time and attention, and how much podcasting drives action and results for advertisers.

Check out the latest Evo24 Speakers & Sessions!

We are thrilled to announce new additions to the lineup of speakers who will be participating in panels and breakout sessions in just two months, including new Beginner sessions and Industry Talks!
