Less Than a Month to Go!

It's Wednesday, and you know what that means: more exciting announcements for the biggest event in podcasting, Podcast Movement 2023!

The past few weeks have been dedicated to the on-stage content, and we've got some amazing new announcements below that relate to that. However, this week we're taking a step back to look at what else is happening in and around the event next month.

Let's do this, shall we?!

PM EVENT NEWS

The Events Around the Event at PM23

Of course, Podcast Movement is known for having the best educational sessions, panels, and talks in all of podcasting. But those new to PM might not realize how amazing the “everything else” is at the event! We have ways to fix this and that's by sharing a sneak peek with you below!

Unofficial Meetups (Host Your Own)

One of the coolest things about PM is the opportunity to “find your people.” Whether it's podcasters of a similar genre, similar experience level, or something else that you have in common, meetups are a great way to connect with each other.

This year, anyone can host their own meetups during PM, and you can submit to be listed on the event website here!

Morning Yoga

There's no alternative to starting your day on a high note, and thanks to our friends at the CNN Collection, PM23 attendees can do just that with our instructor-led morning yoga! Join us each morning for yoga that is welcoming to all experience levels.

Relaxation Zone

We get it, four full days of learning, networking, and partying can be overwhelming for anyone! So for the first time, we're introducing the PM Relaxation Zone, located in the middle of the action of the expo hall. Take this chance to shut out the noise, lights, or both!

Game Zone

If your idea of stepping away involves joysticks, pinballs, or maybe event racing, then the Game Zone is what you need. Located just steps from the expo, you'll have the opportunity to jump into a variety of arcade-style games to help hit the “reset button” for the rest of the event!

Puppy Playtime

If you're a longtime PM attendee, you know one of the most popular activations every year is when we partner with a local animal shelter or adoption group for our Puppy Play, and we're excited to have it returning in 2023. We're partnering with MaxFund in Denver to bring playtime with the puppies each afternoon on the expo floor!

Braindate Lounge

One of our most exciting new activities at Podcast Movement this year is the debut of the Braindate Lounge. If you're not familiar, Braindating is a combination of education and networking, which allows attendees to either host their own Brain Dates, or join in with others to make the most of their time in Denver. Stay tuned for more information on how to take part in this exciting new activity!

PM23 Expo & Happy Hour

Podcast Movement is known for having the best expo in podcasting, and this year will be no different! From gear manufacturers to service providers to networks, most of the top companies in podcasting are at PM23.

And special for this year, you won't want to miss our Craft Beer Expo Happy Hour. Some of our top exhibitors will be pouring free beer on Wednesday afternoon, and you're invited to stop by for a sample of Colorado's top breweries.

To wrap things up, we wanted to remind everyone of our Community and Event Codes of Conduct. As the online community continues to grow and evolve, and our next big in-person event gets closer, it's never a bad time to make sure that we are all respectful of one another.

With that said, we hope your week is going great, and we can't wait to be back in your inbox soon!
