New Attendee Orientation at PM25
If you’ve never been to Podcast Movement before, we’ve got something just for you. On Monday, August 18, before the event officially kicks off, join us for the New Attendee Orientation brought to you by Bourbon Barrel Podcasting.
You’ll hear from PM veterans on how to navigate the week, make meaningful connections, and get the most out of your experience. Plus, it’s a great chance to meet a few hundred fellow podcasters before the crowds roll in.
There are 2 sessions you can attend, both containing the same information: Session 1 at 10am and Session 2 at 4pm. Please only attend one session. This event is first come first serve, so show up early!
New Podcaster Primer at PM25
If you're new to podcasting, don’t miss the New Podcaster Primer, presented by Adobe Podcast. This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for beginners and will cover the essential steps to get your show off the ground.
Led by experienced podcasters, you'll learn everything you need to know, all in a welcoming, supportive environment. Whether you’re still in the idea phase or just getting started, this session will set you up for success.
Pro tip: There's no better way to get comfortable than to meet a few hundred podcasters a day early!

Final Call to Host a Meetup!
This is the last week to submit your meetup to take place at Meetup Night on Wednesday, August 20!
Some of the most meaningful moments at Podcast Movement happen when the mics are off and the real conversations begin. Meetup Night is your chance to make that magic happen.
No loud music. No presentations. Just conversation zones designed for connection, whether you’re rounding up fellow true crime creators, indie audio producers, marketing minds, or anyone else in your podcasting niche.
When you submit a meetup idea, you’ll get a spot on the official schedule, putting your gathering in front of thousands of fellow attendees.
Ready to bring your corner of the podcast world together? Submit your meetup below!
With each week bringing more updates, the excitement around PM25 keeps growing. Make sure you’re planning ahead by checking out the latest speakers and sessions, exploring the workshops, and submitting your Meetup Night ideas before the deadline hits. If you haven’t already, now’s a great time to grab your ticket and lock in your spot for the biggest podcasting event of the year.
We’ll be back next week with even more — see you then!
