50% of sessions are selected by community vote. Submit your idea, share it with your audience, and let the community help shape the program.

50% are selected by an independent review committee using a published rubric that evaluates content quality while prioritizing diverse voices, experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
You don't need the biggest show or the largest following. You just need a session that will help fellow creators leave smarter than they arrived.
